Gillis, Senior Environmental Protection Specialist <br />RE: Weber Sand and Grave], Weber Pit No. 2, File No. M-95-056 <br />Please be advised that on July 11, 1995, Weber Sand and Gravel, whose address <br />and telephone number are Rt 2, Box 296, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147; <br />(970) 264-2647, filed an application to conduct surface mining and <br />reclamation, at or near Section 4, Township 35N, Range 1W, New Mexico <br />Prime Meridian, in Archuleta County. The application decision is scheduled <br />for October 10, 1995. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Archuleta County <br />Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />All written comments or objections must be submitted within twenty (20) days <br />of the last date of the newspaper public notice to be considered in the <br />application review process by the Division.
