The Division's approval of the proposed control plan is based on the submitted production level as <br />listed below. Prior to any increase in daily or annual production rates, the applicant shall submit <br />a Revised Air Pollutant Emission Notice and Control Plan which will be subject to Division review <br />and approval to ensure compliance with the National Ambient Air Quality Standards for particulate <br />matter. Annual records of the actual production rate shall be maintained by the applicant and <br />made available to the Division for inspection upon request. <br />Production of coal not exceed 9000 tons per day or 1,600,000 tons per year <br />Note to Permit Holder: <br />The following fugitive emissions of total suspended particulates ITSPI and particulate matter of less <br />than ten microns IPM,o) are estimated based on the production rates listed above. This information <br />is listed to inform the operator of the Division's analysis of the TSP and PM,a emissions. This <br />information is listed on the Division's emission inventory system: <br />Total Suspended Particulates: 1328.15 tons per year <br />Particulate Matter IPM„): 544.40 tons per year <br />4. This permit is for mining related activities only, Any process equipment (i.e. crushers, screens, etc.) <br />to be located at this site must have a separate permit from the Division. <br />5. A revised Air Pollutant Emission Notice (APEN) shall be filed when a significant change in actual <br />emissions gccurs (above the level reported on the last APEN, submitted to the Division) as required <br />by Regulation No.3, Part A.II.C.2 as per the timetable in Regulation No.3, Part A.II.C.3. <br />6. In accordance with C.R.S. 25-7-114.1, the Air Pollutant Emission Notice (APEN) associated with <br />this permit is valid for a term of five years. The five year term for this APEN expires on June 7, <br />2001.
