If any communication occurs between the surface flow in the gulch <br />and the mine workings, it will be evident from the correlation of <br />mine inflows and rainfall events. <br />If any remedial measures are needed, the company will bring <br />necessary construction equipment to the site and re-work the <br />problem spat.
