ti
work would be required to study the best alignment for
relocation. We assume the existing lateral would remain intact
until a new ditch is constructed.
As you may know, future plans for our property include a sand
and gravel mining operation, however, it is difficult to predict
the exact timing with any certainty. Therefore, we would not be
opposed to Western Paving delaying relocation of the second
lateral until it is absolutely necessary. We do not anticipate
using the second lateral once our mining is in progress, but only
in the interim while the property is being used for agricultural
purposes. If the cost of the relocation is significant, Western
may wish to re-evaluate their phasing plan or to consider alter-
ing their mining operation to avoid constructing the new lateral
unnecessarily.
I.E you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me
at th~a telephone number shown above.
Very Tr-u-,lly Yours,
~~ h x-1.1 . ~~ ~_
Roy H.
