Exhibit D - Mining Plan <br />1. Approximately how many cubic yards of topsoil has been stock- <br />piled on this site? <br />2. How many acres are included in the currently disturbed <br />excavation area? <br />3. How many acres of previously undisturbed land will be mined <br />under this permit? <br />4. How many inches of topsoil will be stripped from the undisturbed <br />areas and stockpiled for later replacement? <br />5. What is the natDre of the stratum immediately below the <br />material to be mined? <br />6. How large will the resulting lake be and what will be the <br />average depth? <br />B. Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan <br />1. To what depth will topsoil be replaced on this site <br />2. What portions of the reclamation reconunendations prepared by <br />the Soil Conservation Service does the operator intend to commit <br />to? Please be very specific. <br />
