See revised Pre-Mining Map for regulated location. The <br />operator will consider your suggestion regarding the <br />dewatering trench to benefit the trees which will re ain. <br />The initial de-watering will commence as previ usly <br />described. As the pit expands toward the subject trees, your <br />alternate method will be considered. <br />2. See revised Pre-Mining Map for your requirement. <br />Mining Plan <br />1. Excess topsoil will be disposed of offsite. Locatio~l of <br />topsoil stockpiles are shown on the revised Mining Map. <br />2. See revised Mining Map. <br />3.
