:. •. <br /> <br />Given that the property has been previously permitted and bonded, no additional bonding or <br />permitting should be required for exploratory drilling within the permit boundary. All disturbance <br />associated with this project is covered under the present bond. Drilling activities will commence <br />on February 21 and end on March 10. This schedule is subject to change, and does not account <br />for equipment failures, unforeseen weather events, acts of God, or other events that may impact <br />the schedule and are beyond the direct or indirect control of Lien. <br />On a I~ersonal note, we have eliminated the manager position at Colorado Lien Company and <br />have reorganized such that the employees now report to Jerry Brown, General Manager of Pete <br />Lien 1~ Sons out of Rapid City, SD. 1 have accepted a new challenge as of the first of the year as <br />Vice President of Corporate Development. <br />It has been a pleasure working with you and your staff over the past nine years. 1 have <br />appra:iated your honesty and advice, which have helped us improve our mining practices and <br />reclamation efforts. You and Bruce Humprhies are proof that a good working relationship <br />between regulator and operator can result in a positive inFluence for the entire community.
