The sumps will have no discharge devices and will be located as
shown on Map No. Z3.
The e>:cavated material from the sumps will be used to create
small berms appror.imately 1 foot high, where necessary, along the
lease boundaries to contain the runoff within the property.
The sumps will be cleaned of sediment when the accumulation
reaches 61)% of the ~ year design amount. The sediment will be
disposed of at the Refuse Disposal site at the RetonCreekMine A
gauge will be installed in order to determine when the pond
