function up to the leakage criteria of the State Engineer's Office for a water storage <br />facility. <br />If you wish to pursue the 20% bonding option, we recommend that the Applicant commit to <br />providing & demonstrating the requirements listed above prior to exposure of groundwater at the <br />site. Such information, if not available prior to the application decision date, maybe submitted <br />to the Division at a future date in the form of a technical revision to the permit. <br />If the Applicant does not wish to pursue the 20% bonding option for slurry wall installation, then <br />the Division will calculate a total installation cost of 100% for each slurry wall to be installed. <br />Please respond. <br />6.4.19 EXHIBIT S -Permanent Man-made Structures <br />11. The Applicant has stated that a letter and structure agreement has been sent to Larimer <br />County Engineering for the gravel road which represents the border between Larimer & Weld <br />County. Please commit to providing either a signed and notarized damage waiver or <br />geotechnical slope stability analysis prior to excavation within 200 feet of the road. <br />Once again, I will look forward to your response on or before March 5, 2007. Rule 1.8.1 states <br />that changes and additions to the permit application must be filed with the Division and the <br />County Clerk and Recorder.
