The Division of Minerals and Geology presented the Forest Service's request for a permit <br />to mine construction materials, without financial warranty, pursuant to Section 34-32.5-1 10(2), <br />C.R.S. Based on the information submitted during this hearing, the Board concluded that the <br />Forest Service may be permitted without financial warranty.
