The Division of Minerals and Geology presented the Forest Service's request for a permit <br />to mine construction materials, without financial warranty, pursuant to § 34-32.5-110(2), C.R.S. <br />Based on the information submitted during this hearing, the Board concluded that the Forest <br />Service may be pennitted without financial warranty.
