The Mazch 15, 2005 Memo from Mike McDermid to Alex Schatz provides a commitment on page 3 to <br />complete a geotechnical investigation before waste rock placement to detemune slope stability. Please <br />indicate whether the geotechnical invesfigation will be provided as a part of this Regulaz 112 Application <br />or will be provided via a technical revision after a decision is made on this application and prior to <br />construction of the waste rock pile. Please respond. <br />Once again, we will look forwazd to yow response to Division adequacy concerns and Objector comments <br />on or before July 7, 2005 to allow adequate time for review before the July 11, 2005 decision date. Please <br />be sure to submit two (2) copies of all documents. Rule 1.8.1 states that changes and additions to the <br />permit application must be filed with the Division and the County Clerk and Recorder.
