The operator needs to specify the proposed permit boundary and <br />include a locatable point from which the permit boundaries and <br />other features can be referenced. Please be advised that all areas <br />disturbed by mining operations must be included in the permit <br />boundaries. These areas include those which contain all buildings, <br />topsoil, overburden and flagstone stockpiles, access roads, and <br />equipment use and storage. PT ease include these features within <br />the permit boundaries and in the permitted acreage. <br />2. The submitted map does not include all data required as per <br />'Rule 3.11(6). Please refer to the Rules and Regulations Handbook <br />for the features required (page 27). <br />Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan <br />The submitted reclamation plan does not include all information <br />required by Rule 3.11(9), as described on page 28 of the Mineral <br />Rules and Regulations. The operator is strongly urged to consult <br />the Soil Conservation Service for a reclamation plan for proposed <br />land use of both "building site" and contingency plan, <br />Exhibit H - Reclamation Costs <br />Reclamation costs should be consistent with the reclamation plan. <br />When the revised reclamation plan, as provided by the Soil <br />Conservation Service, is devised, please provide reclamation costs <br />for that plan. <br />Performance Warranty <br />1. The performance warranty will be required in order to issue a <br />mining and reclamation permit. The performance warranty which was <br />submitted has not been notarized.
