Please be advised that all areas
disturbed by mining operations must be included in the permit
boundaries. These areas include those which contain all buildings,
topsoil, overburden and flagstone stockpiles, access roads, and
equipment use and storage. The operator is strongly urged to consult
the Soil Conservation Service for a reclamation plan for proposed
land use of both "building site" and contingency plan,
Exhibit H - Reclamation Costs
Reclamation costs should be consistent with the reclamation plan.
When the revised reclamation plan, as provided by the Soil
Conservation Service, is devised, please provide reclamation costs
for that plan.
Performance Warranty
1.
