ITEC Mineral, Inc. of Montreal, Canada has entered into
a 90-day option concerning reprocessing dump rock in the Gold
Hill Mining District.
We don't believe this due diligence activity falls under the
definition of prospecting or mining. However, with the public
attention that this property has received in the past, we feel it
is appropriate that you be notified and aware of our field work,
so that you can differentiate us from existing permit holders and
be able to respond to inquiries from the public.
During the next two to three weeks, we will be doing field
validations of the locations and logistics of historic mine dumps
and surveys to determine dump volumes. We also plan to use a
variety of sampling techniques to acquire dump material to
validate reported mineralization, process amenability, and
environmental impact and compliance. All of our work will be
conducted on property owned by Steen family interests, and all
sampling is of previously disturbed and unreclaimed mine dumps to
confirm reported values and volumes. There will be no sampling
of undisturbed property.
We recently confirmed
we intend to use, and
sampling with little
the threshold surface
per acre, and believe
those limits.
the existence and condition of mine roads
believe that we will be able to conduct
~r no surface disturbance. We are aware of
disturbance limit of two 1600 sq. ft. areas
that our activities will fall well below
1800, avenue McGill College, bureau 2800, Montreal (Quebec) H3A 3J6 /Tel.: (514) 281-8434 /Fax: (514) 281-6247 / Email: itecmin~msn.com
