Descrip- <br />tions of the process and removal of the structures can be found in Section <br />2.05.3 and Appendix XXVIII. <br />(B) Coal Processing Waste and Non-Coal Processing Waste <br />For a descripton of the approved program to dispose of coal process <br />waste underground, see Appendix XXIV.5. <br />Non-coal wastes, including grease, lubricants, paints, flammable <br />liquids, garbage, abandoned machinery, and other combustibles, will be <br />removed from this area and taken to an approved sanitary landfill. No <br />coal seams will be exposed, nor will there be any acid-forming, toxic- <br />forming or combustible materials in the affected area. Final placement of <br />• non-coal wastes will take place in the Delta County Sanitary LandfiiT. <br />(g) Underground Development Waste <br />All undergrond development waste will be disposed of permanently <br />underground. <br />(10) Return of Coal Processing Waste to Abandoned Work <br />WSC has received approval from CMLRB and OSM to dispose of waste in <br />abandoned workings.
