"' Page 2 <br />5) Reclamation Plan: The reclamation plan should be more specific ezplaining <br />exactly what type of xeclamation ie proposed for each type of disturbance, <br />(e.g. waste dump, ore pad, evaporation panel, etc.) <br />a) Glhen you refer to stipulations in the E.P,.D.A. lease, you should <br />elaborate, ~~ we have no way of knowing what those stipulations era. <br />b) I'm not clear what you mean by "elopes will not exceed natural <br />angle of repose of the vests material." <br />c) You indicate water usage and a possible evaporation pond in your <br />mine plan, but contradict this in the reclamation plan under "hater:'". <br />Please clarify this and specify reclamation measures to be employed <br />for the evaporation pond. <br />d) The board will require you to give an anticipated minimum depth of <br />the fine material. <br />e) The seeding mixture ie inadequate as presently stated. The overall <br />application rate ie too light and the rate of Yellow Sweetclover is <br />too heavy. <br />f) You should be advised that any changes in the vegetation details <br />must be approved by the board through a technical revision. <br />g) If roads are to be left you should submit written proof that the <br />land owner requires this. <br />6) Reclamation Flan :fap: <br />a) The map should portray the final land use of each of the parcels of <br />affected land. <br />b) Your plans for the evaporation pond are not clear. If you plan to <br />develop it for wildlife, you should consider whether or not c*ater <br />levels can be maintained follocring closure of the mine and cessation <br />of mine drainage. <br />7) L+zhibit P: <br />a) Please clarify why you feel this is not applicable or supply the <br />required list. <br />Please supply the above information as soon as possible. 7f you have any <br />questions regarding [hie matter, give me a call.
