Hugus:
I have listed below several points in your recant permit application which
need clarification or additional infozmation prior to presentation before
the Soard. Thaee points do not include questions which may arise as a
result of tm7 initial inspection.
1) Application Pee:
a) The application fee eras incorrectly computed. The correct fee is
$185. The additional $11.25 should be fon~arded to this office.
2) Legal Description:
a) The principal meridian should be included in Uie lenal description.
3) Tiaps:
a) Ttte maps (Exhibit C) should clearly ahotr the affected area.
b) The vegetation map should show the approximate boundaries of the
different =egetation types in the area.
4) t41ne Plan:
a) Any water encountered in the mine that is reused for drilling will
require an ad~udicetion o! water rights. I have enclosed a copy of
the water resources memo far your infortoetion.
b) The mine plan should include the date that operations were initiated
and your anticipated termination date.
c) You are advised to be certain that you have allowed a sufficient
"buffer" none between the permit boundary and the limit of present
operations in order to avoid futnrs permit Doundsry problems.
