Rule 6.4.6: Exhibit F <br />(a) A contour map of adequate scale is needed to show final topography of <br />permit area and area outside permit boundary. <br />6. Rule 6.4.7: Exhibit G <br />(1) Need a narrative stating operations will not duectly affect surface or <br />ground water. <br />
