The access road will not cause <br />material damage to fish, wildlife, or related environmental values and will not contribute suspended solids to sveam <br />' flow in excess of the State and Federal limitations. <br />The access road has been designed to meet the requirements of Rule 4.03.2 with consideration of the specific use, <br />volume of vaffic, and weight and speed of vehicles as shown in Exhibit 25p. The first 6,300 feet of road from <br />County Road #27 will remain as permanent road. Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division (CMLRD) granted <br />approval in February of 1988 for the retention of the road as a permanent access ('Technical Revision 87-12; Permit <br />C-81-071). Reclamation of that particulaz section will be performed as discussed in Technical Revision 87-12. The <br />remaining <br />TR 05-46 2.05-71.1 Revised -March 2005 <br />
