I will address the <br />items in the same order as presented. <br />Exhibit B -Site Description. <br />~(2 1. I understand that the bazbed wire fence along the north boundary of the pit can be considered a <br />man-made structure. It is my understanding that it is jointly owned by the land owners. For <br />maintenance and protection purposes of this permit, the applicant assumes all responsibility for and <br />the complete maintenance of the barbed wire fence. <br />Exhibit C -Mining Plan. <br />qj,~ 1. 71bs/ac of Western Wheatgrass to revegetate topsoil stockpiles in place for one year should <br />be increased to 16 Ibs/ac. <br />The applicant does hereby commit to the 1616. rate. <br />~~, 2. A low berm on the west side is mentioned to prevent runoff. Include and provide <br />dimensions and construction speci5cations in the plan. Also show the berms on the map on <br />both the east and west perimeters. <br />The topsoil will be stockpiled on both the east and west perimeters of the pit azea to the low berm <br />design shown on the mining map. <br />"Your brand of People" <br />
