It is generally <br />located 2 to 3 feet below the ground except on the north where '~ <br />ponding can be seen. Wet rnining will be used because of this <br />water table. Material rernoved by the draoline will be windrowed <br />and then either trucked or conveyed to the processing plant. <br />Some discharge is expected from the property which will be made <br />under Brighton Road to another- gravel rnining pond in the area. <br />An agreement is in the process of being made with the owner of <br />this pond and will be forwarded when received. Rny wash waters <br />associated with the cr~_rshing operation will be maintained <br />separately fr•orn this discharge. Rn NF'DES permit will be <br />necessary for this discharge.
