• <br /> I <br /> EXHIBIT C-iA (CONTINUED) <br /> This portion of the property is designated as Areas 2A, 2C <br /> (South Platte River and Berm Area) , 3 , 4, and 5, and are shown <br /> on the MINING PLAN MAP (EXHIBIT C-2) , and as the "Water <br /> Reservoir and River Channel" area on the RECLAMATION PLAN MAP, <br /> EXHIBIT F . <br /> The structures within 200 ' of this portion of the proposed <br /> mining area that are not under the ownership or control of the <br /> applicant are: (1) the Wyco Pipeline; (2) greenhouse <br /> structures within 501± adjacent to the southeast corner of <br /> this proposed mining area; and (3) the Bull Seep Ditch. Mining <br /> in this area will be subject to agreement with the Urban <br /> • Drainage and Flood Control District on setback from the South <br /> Platte River and improvements along the River, and the <br /> previously mentioned agreement with the Wyco pipeline owner. <br /> On the Bull Seep Ditch and greenhouse structures, the required <br /> setbacks and the final sloping insure the stability of these <br /> structures . The same previously mentioned opinion by a <br /> • registered engineer copied in Appendix I also covers these <br /> structures . <br /> 3 . The third portion of the permit area is the 34± acre area east <br /> of the Bull Seep Ditch to Monaco Street . This area is <br /> utilized for irrigated and non-irrigated cropland, <br /> • pastureland, and other non-farmed or pastured area. Soils are <br /> Loamy Alluvial Land, moderately wet (Lw) , Terrace Escarpments <br /> (Tc) , and Vona Sand Loam (VoB, 1-31 slopes and VoC, 3-50-. <br /> slopes) . <br /> This area is designated as Area 2B on the MINING PLAN MAP, <br /> • EXHIBIT C-2 and on the RECLAMATION PLAN MAP, EXHIBIT F. <br /> The structures within 200 , of this portion of the proposed <br /> mining area that are not under the ownership or control of the <br /> applicant are: (1) the Bull Seep Ditch; and (2) Monaco Street <br /> with approximately 24 ' of paved road, underground utilities, <br /> • and several power poles within the Monaco Street right-of-way. <br /> As with the previous two portions of the permit area, the <br /> required setbacks and the final sloping insure the stability <br /> of these structures . The same previously mentioned opinion by <br /> a registered engineer copied in Appendix I also covers these <br /> structures . <br /> • <br /> A more detailed breakdown of present use, soils, topography, and <br /> vegetation is shown on PRE-MINING MAP, EXHIBIT C-1B, and EXHIBIT <br /> I/J - SOILS AND VEGETATION INFORMATION. <br /> • <br />• <br />
