The <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) is required to make an approval or <br />denial decision no later than March 19, 2007, therefore, your response to the following adequacy <br />review concerns should be submitted to the Division as soon as possible. Your response should <br />include two (2) copies. Any public comments that we receive on your application during the <br />interim will be forwarded to you. <br />1. As required by Rule 1.6.2 (1)(g), please submit the proof of publication of the public <br />notice circulated in the local newspaper as soon as possible. <br />2. Rule 6.2.1(2) requires that maps be signed by a registered land surveyor, professional <br />engineer, or other qualified person. The maps submitted to the Division were not signed. <br />Please resubmit a signed copy of the maps. <br />Application <br />3. Number 10 on page 3 of the application indicates that the site is located in the NE quarter <br />of the SE quarter of Section 2, but all other descriptions of the site location state that this <br />site is in the SE quarter of the NE quarter of Section 2. Please revise either the application <br />or other documents to reflect the correct location of the site. <br />Rule 6.3.3 Exhibit C- Mining_Plan <br />4. Please explain how this operation will not intercept ground water as is stated in the <br />proposed mine plan (6.3.3(1)) given the following information provided by the applicant: <br />a.
