• Existing ponds have been certified by a registered professional engineer
subsequent to installation or modification. Certification of sediment ponds will be
submitted immediately following construction or modification and yearly in
accordance with Rule 4.05.9(14). Quarterly sediment pond inspections will be
performed to monitor the sediment level in each pond. The sediment will be
removed from the ponds when the maximum design sediment level has nearly
been reached.
Removal of all drainage control structures will follow all other reclamation
activities unless alternate sediment control measures are approved and installed.
(ii) Detailed plans for all drainage structures have been prepared under the
direction of a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado.
C~
• 13-8 (Rev. 12/02)
