Tank - seam failure, fitting failure, valve failure, foundation <br />failure, corrosion, overfilling, or vandalism. <br />b. Loading Area - tank overfill, load arm failure, operator <br />neglect, pump failure, or hose failure. <br />~. <br />In the event of a storage tank or piping failure, the discharge should be <br />contained within a concrete bunker. (See Appendix D for storage azea <br />specifications). Should the bunker fail to contain the discharge, the spill <br />would drain into sedimentation pond MB-2 (see Appendix E). <br />2 <br />
