Percent Removal Requirements (Total Suspended Solids and BODS ~~ <br />Limitation) <br />Ia addition to the concentration limitation on Total Suspended Solids <br />and BODS indicated above, the arithmetic mean of the total suspended <br />solids and GODS concentration for effluent samples collected in a <br />period of thirty (30) consecutive days shall not exceed chitty-tun <br />(32) percent of the arithaetic mean of the concentration for influent <br />samples collected at approximately the same times during the same <br />period (68 percent removal). <br />9. Except for discharge point 007, the <br />discharge shall not contain any sanitary wastewaters from toilets or <br />related facilities, or other pollutanes not associated wieh active <br />mining operations. The Division shall be notified of any land <br />application of wastewater other than for dust control. <br />10. Burden of Proof Requirements (Outfalls 002, 004, 005, 006, 008, 009 <br />and 010) <br />The permitcee shall have the burden of proof when requesting relief <br />`- from to cal suspended solids (TSS), total iron andlor settleable solids <br />limitations. <br />
