R-13 <br />(fl <br />The proposed sequence of reclamation stages is consistent <br />throughout Phases A, B, C, D, and E. <br />1. Replacement of overburden -rough grading <br />2. Replacement of topsoil (where applicable) <br />3. Final grading <br />4. Seeding <br />proposed. ft is anticipated that pre-mining slopes in excess <br />of 3:1 wherein no mining occurs will remain at their natural <br />gradient. <br />(i) Final grading of the mining area will be completed such that <br />no reclaimed slope will exceed 3:1. Contours shown on <br />revised Exhibit F are representative of the final grading plan <br />(ii) Seeding (see above) <br />(iii) It is not anticipated that fertilization will be required in liciht of <br />the post-use residential development. <br />(iv) Revegetation (see above) <br />(v) Topsoiling within phases A, B, C will be replaced at depths <br />ranging from 6 - 8" or as dictated by the amount preser~t <br />during pre-mining removal. The slope banks of Phase C~ will <br />receive approximately 6" of topsoil. It is not expected that <br />adequate topsoil for replacement exists in Phase E. <br />9 <br />
