<br /> <br />III. WITNESSES AND EXHIBITS <br />The parties should be directed to follow strictly the following <br />procedures in order to ensure that all concerned have a fair chance <br />to prepare, and that the hearing is conducted efficiently, avoiding <br />unfair surprise. <br />A. The applicant is directed to complete all filings and <br />submit to the Division and County all additional material it wishes <br />to have considered as part of its permit application no later than <br />5:00 p.m.on January 10, 1994. <br />B. On or before January 20, 1994 each party shall place in the <br />United States Mail, postage prepaid and addressed to each and every <br />other party, at the address stated above, the following: <br />1. A list of all witnesses the party wishes to call at the <br />hearing, including full name and address. <br />2. A brief descrription of the subject matter of each <br />witness' testimony. <br />3. A resume, curriculum vitae, or statement of <br />qualifications describing the education and training of anyone the <br />party intends to call as an expert witness. <br />C. On or before January 28, 1994 each party shall place in the <br />United States Mail, postage prepaid and addressed to each and every <br />other party, at the address stated above, the following: <br />1. A copy of each and every document, photograph, audio or <br />video recording, map, chart, or tangible exhibit which the party <br />will want the Board to review or consider at the hearing. <br />Special provision can be made for exhibits which because of <br />their size or nature are difficult or extraordinarily expensive to <br />copy. If a party has such exhibits, it may, instead of sending <br />copies to the other parties on January 2~, send a narrative <br />description of the exhibit, together with'" statement that the <br />exhibit will be left on display at the offices of the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology during business hours for the other parties to <br />inspect from January 20 until the hearing date. <br />One copy of any exhibit submitted at the hearing will be <br />retained by the Board Secretary as part of the permanent hearing <br />record. <br />IV.
