Reoresentative Semolina <br />Samples and measurements taken es required herein shall be <br />representative of the volume and nature of the monitored discharge. All <br />samples shall ba taken at the monitoring points specified in this permit <br />and, unless otherwise specified, before the effluent joins or Le diluted <br />by any other waetestream, body of water, or substance. Monitoring <br />polnts shall not be changed without notification to and approval by the <br />Division. <br />4. Analytical and Semolina Nethode for Nonitorinc <br />Analytical and sampling methods utilised by the discharger shall conform <br />to Colorado Regulations for Effluent Limitations (10.1.5), and to <br />regulations published pursuant to Section 304 (h) of the Clean Water <br />Act. <br />The analytical method selected for a parameter shall be the one that can <br />measure the lowest detected limit for that parameter unlee^ the permit <br />limitation or etrearo standard for those parameters not limited, is <br />within the testing range of another approved method. <br />Calculations for all Limitations which require averaging of measurements <br />shall utilize an arithmetic mean unless otherwise specified. <br />Amended 10/13/94 Effective 11/l3/94 <br />
