REPORTING REQDIREI~NTS <br />1. geportino - Process Water <br />Monitoring results obtained during the previous 3 months shall be <br />summarized and reported on Division approved discharge monitoring report <br />forme, postmarked no later than the 28th day of the month following the <br />completed calendar quarter. For example, for the let quarter (January, <br />February, and March) the quarterly report must be received at this <br />office postmarked no later than April 28. Reoortina - Stormwater Annual Reoort <br />The permittea will be required to submit an annual report, covering <br />January 1 through December 31 of each year, on the overall compliance <br />with the SWMP.
