Compliance with <br />this permit serves to effect compliance with the Clean Water Act <br />and the Colorado Water Quality Control Act. A copy of this permit <br />is presented in Exhibit 33, NPDES Permit. <br />Kerr Coal presently operates under numerous air quality emission <br />permits issued by the Colorado Department of Health. Likewise, <br />fugitive dust control measures are constantly employed as an inte- <br />gral part of the mining and reclamation operations. Compliance <br />with these permits will serve to effect compliance with the Clean <br />Air Act and the Colorado Air Pollution Control Act. <br />Aealth and-Safety Standards <br />Kerr Coal complies with the <br />1977, Public Law 91-173 as <br />~- regulations under Title 30 <br />the Mine Safety and Health <br />the mine several times per <br />the Act. <br />Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of <br />amended by Public Law 91-164 and all <br />;ode of Federal Regulations enforced by <br />Administration (MSHA).
