I have found that <br />the Meadow Island Ditch No. 1 does not enter this property but is on property to the east. <br />6.4.4 Exhibit D -Mining Plan <br />In response to the comment tegazding the discrepancy in the acreage numbers we offer that <br />the acreage should be as follows: <br />Mining azea only - 1 section or portions of 2 sections will comprise 10 acres <br />Total disturbed at one time including stockpiles and processing area - 25 acres <br />In response to the comment regazding the amount of overburden stockpiled at one time we <br />anticipate there will be 62,000 to G6,000 cubic yazds of stockpile at any one time. This is based <br />on a disturbed azea of 15 acres and concurrent reclamation being done. <br />6.4.5 Exhibit E -Reclamation Plan <br />The application is incorrect on page 17. There will be 7 lakes created during the project and <br />these will be lined lakes suitable for water storage for irrigation or exchange purposes as <br />approved by the Division of Water Resottrces. <br />Regazding the thickness of topsoil we will provide topsoil thickness up to 18 inches if the on- <br />site material is available and suitable.
