At that time the decision will be <br /> made whether to go back to farmland or a wildlife habitat, according to <br /> the land owners discretion. Established practices for reclaiming in this <br /> area will be adhered to per the Soil Conservation Service or the Colorado <br /> Wildlife Service. <br />
