STATE OFCOLORADO <br /> Division of Minerals and Geology <br /> EXHIBIT C- 6.3.3 Mining Plan <br /> Proposed Hayes gravel pit, located on Section 32 - 3 North - 0 West of <br /> the 6th P.M. in Washington County, Colorado: <br /> (a) Mining will commence as soon as permitted and end upon the depletion <br /> of the road material, which could take several years. <br /> (b) An average of one foot of top soil will be removed, stockpiled and <br /> stabilized with a vegatitive cover at the West end of the permitted <br /> acreage until used in the reclamation project. <br /> (c) The thickness of the overburden will be approximently one foot. <br /> (d) The thickness of the deposit to be mined is unknown at this time. <br /> (e) The access and exit route of the proposed pit will be off of County <br /> Road QQ, <br />
