• 2.05.3 <br />Exact location of instrument and the date, time and its distance from the <br />blast; <br />Name of the person and firm taking the reading; <br />Name of the person and firm analyzing the seismographic record; <br />The vibration and/or airblast level recorded; <br />(a)(iii) Ample warning will be given before shots are fired. All persons will be <br />cleared and removed from the blasting area. Roads leading into the blasting <br />area will be blocked by a manned vehicle having radio contact with the <br />blasting foreman to prevent the entrance of livestock or unauthorized <br />personnel to the blasting area. A horn sounded intermittently for one minute <br />will be used for the blast warning signal. The all clear signal will be horn <br />sounded continuously for one minute. The horn will be audible within a <br />range of one-half mile from the point of the blast. Each person who resides <br />or regularly works within one-half mile of the blasting site will be notified of <br />• the meaning of the signals through appropriate instructions. <br />Blasting signs will be erected on all roads leading to the blast site as required <br />by Rule 4.02.6. A sign will be placed on the road on each side of the blast <br />site. The signs will be placed about one half mile from the blast site. Since <br />blasting activities will be sporadic, the signs will be displayed at least 10 days <br />before any blasting activity. The blasting signs will be removed shortly after <br />the blasting activities have concluded. <br />The following public notice of surface blasting schedule will be published in <br />a newspaper of general circulation in the locality of the blasting site at least <br />ten days but no more than twenty days before initiating any blasting program: <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Bowie Resources Limited, pursuant to the provisions of section 4.08.3 of the <br />regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, hereby <br />publishes the following blasting schedule. The blasting area is located in the <br />S'/z of Section 10, T. 13 S., R. 91 W.
