(minimum-maximum) Once per week In-situ Oil and Grease, mg/1 Once per week Visual Total Dissolved Solids, mg/I Quarterly Grab Total Residual Chlorine, mgJl Once per week Grab Self-monitoring sampling by the pemuttee for compliance with the monitoring requirements speci5ed above shall be performed at the following locations: outfa11015 - at the outfall from the mine water discharge; outfalls 007, 009, 010, 012, 013, 014, 016, 017, 018 - at the outfalls from the respective sedimentation ponds -all prior to entering the immediate receiving waters. Whenever discharge is observed from outfa11015, the permittee shall attach to the appropriate dischazge monitoring reports, documentation indicating to the best of their knowledge the duration of the discharge event. If the permittee, using the approved analytical methods, monitors any parameter more frequently than required by this permit, then the results of such monitoring shall be included in the calculation and reporting of the values required in the Discharge Monitoring Report Form (DMRs) or other forms as required by the Division. Such increased frequency shall also be indicated. d. Oil and Grease Monitorine For every outfall with oil and grease monitoring, in the event an oil sheen or floating oil is observed, a grab sample shall be collected, analyzed, and reported on the appropriate DMR. In addition, corrective action shall be taken immediately to mitigate the discharge of oil and grease. A description of the corrective action taken should be included with the DMR.
