(minimum-maximum) Once per week In-situ <br />Oil and Grease, mg/1 Once per week Visual <br />Total Dissolved Solids, mg/I Quarterly Grab <br />Total Residual Chlorine, mgJl Once per week Grab <br />Self-monitoring sampling by the pemuttee for compliance with the monitoring requirements speci5ed above shall be <br />performed at the following locations: outfa11015 - at the outfall from the mine water discharge; outfalls 007, 009, 010, 012, <br />013, 014, 016, 017, 018 - at the outfalls from the respective sedimentation ponds -all prior to entering the immediate <br />receiving waters. <br />Whenever discharge is observed from outfa11015, the permittee shall attach to the appropriate dischazge monitoring reports, <br />documentation indicating to the best of their knowledge the duration of the discharge event. <br />If the permittee, using the approved analytical methods, monitors any parameter more frequently than required by this permit, <br />then the results of such monitoring shall be included in the calculation and reporting of the values required in the Discharge <br />Monitoring Report Form (DMRs) or other forms as required by the Division. Such increased frequency shall also be <br />indicated. <br />d. Oil and Grease Monitorine <br />For every outfall with oil and grease monitoring, in the event an oil sheen or floating oil is observed, a grab sample shall <br />be collected, analyzed, and reported on the appropriate DMR. In addition, corrective action shall be taken immediately <br />to mitigate the discharge of oil and grease. A description of the corrective action taken should be included with the <br />DMR. <br />See Part I.C. for Definitions. <br />Revised 03/22/04 <br />
