13) Under Exhibit J, Vegetation, staff would like to note that tamarisk is noted as a noxious <br />weed by Mesa County and "recommended for control". The Division will require tamarisk <br />control within the approved permit area. Also, halogeton is not listed as a noxious weed <br />by Mesa County. <br />14) Under Exhibit L, please supply staff with a cost per unit for "Biosol". <br />These reviewed issues do not imply that all other requirements are met. Further adequacy <br />review will be undertaken on this application as relevant information is supplied and analyzed.
