The landowner feels that 12 inches of topsoil may not be sufficient. <br />Niwot series had from 10 to 60 inches - average of abaut 35 inches. <br />I. The landowner feels that the original proposed seed mix may not be <br />appropriate and wishes to propose an alternative seed mix. <br />J. After replacing the topsoil, the landowner feels that a soil analysis <br />should be taken to determine what fertilizer, if any, would be <br />appropriate. <br />K. The landowner feels that, prior to topsoil placement, all disturbance <br />areas should be ripped, the area graded, rocks in extess of 4 inches <br />be removed, and topsoil replaced. <br />L.
