It is understood that there may be a few additional
items not included in this list that may be discussed with the Plined Land
Reclamation Board.
A. CDncerning Area No. 4 of the amendment, the owner does not want the
pillars of rock left. If the area is to be mined, it should be mined
out.
B. Upon reviewing the original application and the amendment, the owner
wants the slope of the quarry face set back at less steep an angle
or put benches in place for safety.
C. The roads and prospect sites located above the quarry should have
reclamation commenced this spring.
D. The timetable for reclamation is in question.
E. The landowner would like to see a good quality topsoil similar to the
Niwot series found originally on-site replaced in the area between
State Highway No. 7 and the quarry face.
F. The landowner maintains that the bottom area was originally hay meadow
and would like to see the hay meadow put back upon completion of
activity. In the operator's original application, Exhibit G - Water
Information, there is indication that the production and stockpile area
was irrigated meadow.
423 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street
doy of •Taniia+^j+ A.
