Enclosed <br />is a map showing the change in the right-of-way area. You will <br />note the M&T access. road has been excluded from the right-of- <br />way. A cultural resource inventory has been completed in this <br />area by our consultants (see Volume I Appendix B of the <br />c~ Canadian Strip P4ine Permit Application). Thank you for your <br />~~ concern regarding ttie rental payment on this right-of-way.
