6. These fee lands are connected with the leased lands noted
above by a right-of-way for a haul road across the inter-
vening parcel of federally-owned land. This right-of-way,
No. C-30962, is shown on Exhibit VIII attached hereto, and
a copy of the Right-of-Way Grant, dated July 30, 1982, is
attached hereto as Exhibit IX.
7. Part of a road, a conveyor line and part of the supply
yard in the central facilities portion of the permit area
are proposed to be located on BLD1 land. This area is shown
on Exhibit VIII. Salt Creek Mining Company has not yet re-
ceived BLM approval for these uses, and recognizes that it
cannot commence construction in this area until such app-
• royal is received (Application in Appendix Gs-XII).
8. The major part of the land underlying the proposed road
betcaeen the central facilities and refuse area portions
of the permit area was conveyed to Salt Creek Mining Com-
pany by the documents described in Paragraph 5 of this
Appendix. The proposed road would cross two small cor-
ners of BLM land, as shown on Exhibit VIII attached hereto.
BLM approval of a right-of-way in these areas has not yet
been received, and it is recognized that no construction
can commence until such approval is received.
9. The refuse area is also proposed to be located on BLM land,
as shown on Exhibit VIII. BLM approval of this use has not
yet been received, and it is recognized that no construction
can commence until such approval has been received.
