DMG believes the applicant must apply for a stormwater permit with the Colorado Department of <br />Public Health and Environment, Water Quality Control Division. Please document that a stormwater <br />control plan will be submitted to CDPHE or document that one is not required for this operation. <br />Exhibit S -Permanent Man-made Structures <br />The engineering statement provided is just that, a statement, not a demonstration. Please either submit a <br />damage waiver agreement for the structures, with signatures notarized, a notarized letter from the <br />structure owner, indicating that they own the structures and will not hold the permittee liable for any <br />damages to the structures, or an engineering demonstration of stability for the structures.
