Please provide an estimated availability of seed proposed in the seed mix per Rule 6.4.5(dl. <br />Please submit a schedule of reclamation per the requirements of Rule 6.4.51e) indicating if <br />reclamation will be phased, concurrent with mining, or delayed until excavation of the entire pit is <br />complete. <br />9. Please specify if the access road will also be reclaimed. <br />10. Please revise seed application timing to indicate seeding from September 1 to October 15. <br />Exhibit F -Reclamation Plan Mao <br />1 1. Please revise the map to clearly indicate all areas to be revegetated. <br />Exhibit L -Reclamation Costs <br />12. Please revise the reclamation costs as required for any applicable revisions to address items noted <br />above. DMG will calculate a reclamation cost estimate upon receipt of your responses. <br />Exhibit M -Other Permits <br />13. DMG believes the applicant must apply for a stormwater permit with the Colorado Department of <br />Public Health and Environment, Water Quality Control Division. Please document that a stormwater <br />control plan will be submitted to CDPHE or document that one is not required for this operation. <br />Exhibit S -Permanent Man-made Structures <br />The engineering statement provided is just that, a statement, not a demonstration. Please either submit a <br />damage waiver agreement for the structures, with signatures notarized, a notarized letter from the <br />structure owner, indicating that they own the structures and will not hold the permittee liable for any <br />damages to the structures, or an engineering demonstration of stability for the structures.
