Again there <br />will be no mining in the creek bed, all mining will take place on the west side of the creek on this <br />permit. <br />Exhibit "C" <br />The operator plans to salvage all available topsoil on site and to use the same for reclamation on site. <br />This does include the Fort Collins loan soil (unit 36) on found on site, if it is disturbed during <br />mining since some of the permitted area might not be mined due to a unfavorable overbwden to <br />gravel ratio. <br />0 <br />
