When purchasing <br />seed, the operator must obtain a written statement indicating that the seed being purchased is weed- <br />fiee. <br />• The operator will use the South Park District's dry/lower elevation seed mix (See attachment) or other <br />seem mix as specified by the Forest Service. <br />• The operator will seed all recontoured dig•sites, associated topsofl piles and reclaimed roads at the end <br />of every season <br />• Seeding will be done in the fall, optimally before the first s~wfalL Apply 40 Its of seed per acre. <br />• Reclamation in forested areas may require head tools ro pull excavated material away from trees. <br />• Continual reclamationwill continue throughout the mining season.
