(STELE ROSE ONE. Inc.)
1 10t2) Limited Lnpact Operations
Mine (M-20063 t)
shall include the relevant information specified in Mineral Rule 3.7.13.
f) See Exhibit C Appendix B {maps). See also Exhibit E -Map.
g) No new roads are anticipated. F5336 and the existing access road are the only
roads nn the claim. Any road improvements shall he done to Forest Setl~ice
standards. The existing access mad is part of the proposed permitted acreage and
shall be reclaimed.
h) No water (except drinking water) shall be used in conjunction with this proposed
oneration.
i} No groundwater or surface water shall be disturbed in this operation.
j) N/A; nn water used or onsite.
k} If refuse or acid producing materials are encountered onsite (e.g. sulfides), such
materials shall be completely removed and sent offsite for appropriate processing
andlor disposal. The DMG shall be notified if refuse or acid producim~ materials
are encountered onsite.
Note on Sulfides: No sulfides have been encountered to date in either the
existing pit or piles. These features have existed for at least 10 years; also
significant quantities of calcite and other basic minerals have been found dueing
exploration. Water from the bottom of the pit repeatedly tests as neutral or
slightly basic (pH 7-7.5). Our processors require notification of the presence of
sulfides as sulfide ores require different processes. Repeated testing for the
presence of sulfides and sulfates haven't found any. Field testing far sulfate uses
a few drops of barium sulfate aqueous solution nn supematattt from crushed
samplelwater; sulfide testing invoh es heating a small amount of crushed sample
and testing for sulfur dioxide with a Draeger tube or test paper. Field testing is
done on all ore by ottr Technical Director, a qualified chemist.
1) The following measures shall be taken on an ongoing basis to minimize
disrirrbance to the hydrologic balance, prevent off-site damave, and provide far a
stable configuration of the reclaimed area consistent with the proposed future land
use:
Refilling all pits and trenches;
Recontouring the slope to a natural setting;
Replacing available topsoil;
Seeding topsoil piles with FS approved mix and monitoring all piles for
erosion problems.
m) As the ore bodies lies from one to fifteen feet below the surface, and differs
from topsail or overburden both in color and density, separation is accomplished
by removing and stockpiling overburden and topsoil fix backfill. Subsequently
the ore is separately removed and shipped off site. The Steel Rose 1, htc.
specifies that no processing of ore shall take place on site.
n) Gold, Silver for sale.
o) No explosives shall be used.
6.3.3(3)
No tailing ponds are part of the project N/A
2/6/2007
Fage 9 of 1 1
