Please <br />note that the permit will not be issued until DMG receives a properly executed financial and <br />performance warranty. <br />In response to your May 1, 2006 correspondence, DMG has generated a new reclamation cost <br />estimation, totaling $15,696. The new estimation deleted the demolition task for the truck scales <br />since the operation will not include truck scales.
