The signs are made either of metal or wood; <br />they are durable enough to withstand the snow and cold weather <br />inherent at the Energy Fuels operations. The signs conform with <br />local ordinances and codes. <br />(b) Duration of Maintenance. Signs and markers shall be maintained <br />during the conduct of all activities to which they pertain. <br />Energy Fuels will maintain signs and markers during the conduct of <br />all activities Co which they pertain. <br />(c) Mine and permit identification signs. <br />(1) Identification signs shall be displayed at each point of access to <br />the permit area from public roads. <br />• (2) Signs shall show the name, business address, and telephone number <br />of the person who conducts the surface mining activites and the identi- <br />fication number of the current permit authorizing surface mining activi- <br />ties. <br />(3) Signs shall be retained and maintained until after the release of <br />all bonds for the permit area. <br />Appropriate signs identifying the mine area will be displayed at <br />all points of access to the permit area from County Road 1127. These <br />signs will indicate the name, business address, and telephone <br />number of Energy Fuels and identification numbers of all mining and <br />reclamation permits. <br />(d) Perimeter markers. The perimeter of a permit area shall be clearly <br />marked before the beginning of surface mining activities. <br />• 816-2 <br />
