Kerr expressly agrees to comply with the "Non-Discrimination <br /> Stipulations" contained in Exhibit "C" and agrees to comply with <br /> all "Special Stipulations" contained in Exhibit "C", excepting those <br /> special stipulations contained in paragraphs 9, 11, 14 and 16 under <br /> "Special Stipulations". Rerr agrees to indemnify and hold harmless <br /> the County against any damages and/or liabilities which may occur <br />-- - - - -- as a result of Rerr's failure to comply with the provisions of this <br /> Agreement, the "Non-Discrimination Stipulations" in Exhibit "C", and <br /> all "Special Stipulations" contained in Exhibit "C", except as other- <br /> wise previously excepted in this Agreement. <br /> 12.
