COLORADO DEPARTMENT O~EALTH <br />Water Quality Control Division <br />Summary of Rationale Page 3 <br />PERMIT NUMBER: CO-0037656 <br />r <br />L J <br />Salinity Continued: <br />If the salinity monitoring program indicates an increase of <br />salinity during the first six (6) months of over one ton per <br />day or 350 tons per year, whichever is less, a study will be <br />made to determine if the excess increase is correctable. The <br />permittee will have 180 days to complete the study and make the <br />necessary corrections or submit the justification necessary for <br />a waiver.
