Salinity Continued:
If the salinity monitoring program indicates an increase of
salinity during the first six (6) months of over one ton per
day or 350 tons per year, whichever is less, a study will be
made to determine if the excess increase is correctable. The
permittee will have 180 days to complete the study and make the
necessary corrections or submit the justification necessary for
a waiver. Sections 3.10.4 II A, B, and E of the salinity
regulations outline the criteria and information necessary to
implement a waiver.
Expiration date shall be December 31, 1985.
