These ponds are scattered throughout the mine site in <br />the Colt, Enfield, Ashmore, and Derringer pit areas. <br />All of the ponds meet the criteria for the State Water Engineer and <br />a{so meet the minirtium criteria for Soil Conservation Service ponds. <br />All of the spillways, side slopes, top widths and free boards are <br />within tFie criteria we look for. <br />I recommend that the pon )s be approved by the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Division. <br />• / <br />William Lee Hill <br />District Conservationist <br />cc Trapper Mine files <br /> <br />
